Check-in was quick. I arrived early, yet the staff checked me in within five minutes. I requested extra pillows, and they delivered them to my room within ten minutes (super fast!). The swimming pool was great.
My room was sold as a studio, but it felt more like a large room. The kitchenette had only two plates and a knife.

the room was clean. air conditioning worked well, and the bed felt comfortable. staff were polite, helpful and friendly. the hotel location is convenient, offering easy access to shops and restaurants.

The room was very spacious. I appreciated the family setup, as we got two connecting rooms (very convenient since i have three children). The swimming pool was great.
Some surfaces had fingerprints (doors, closet fronts, and handles).
